For all merchandise
returns, Best Forklift Service requires the following
guidelines be met prior to receiving a refund. To
obtain an RA #, please contact Customer Service at
626.350.2101 or fax your request to 626.579.9380.
- No merchandise may be returned without written
authorization from Best Forklift Service, Inc. and
an RA #.
- All claims and returned goods must be accompanied
by an RA #, invoice number and the date of purchase.
You may include the Manufacturers' part number &
description for reference only.
- Returns are subject to a 20% handling charge
plus any shipping expenses incurred.
- It is not implied that any part is a product of
the manufacturer.
